OPERA is our METERING DATA MANAGEMENT tool. It enables our customers to store all their load curves and consumption indices for all customer segments, as well as contracts, tariffs, schedules and other information specific to their needs.
It is aimed at all energy stakeholders, network operators, energy suppliers, producers, consulting firms, brokers, aggregators, traders, industrial customers, etc.
Numerous modules enable calculations and other functions specific to our clients’ businesses to be performed.
- GAZ data storage
- ELEC data storage
- Profiling/Aggregations – Transformations – Load Curve Correction

OPERA enables the storage of consumption information from gas meters.
OPERA enables comprehensive management of electricity connection points.
It is possible to organise your files, store connection points data, load curves, consumption indexes, etc.
It contains information about the connection point’s properties, its address, its external identifiers, its attributes, its curves (injection, withdrawal, reactive, etc.), its contracts, the history of calculations performed, its supplier offer, its indexes, and the meter’s quality measurement.
All connection point attributes are customisable, and it is possible to import them in bulk.
OPERA enables complex operations and calculations to be performed based on a load curve.
The information contained in a curve can be used to define its nature, use, periodicity, unit, and type.
It is possible to view the curve over a desired time interval and display parallel data such as weather data, another curve, a curve for an entire year, a projection, etc.
It allows you to perform all kinds of transformations, copy parts of a curve, or modify the values of a curve, for example by adding an amount of energy over an interval, or adding new power to generate a future forecast curve.
It is essential for electricity flows reconstitution to balance and profile, which allows it to estimate the consumption or production of a group of customers at a given time step.
It also allows you to aggregate a set of curves and view overall electricity consumption, production and injection.
All of these calculations enable our customers to submit their publications to DSOs/TSOs and all third parties, such as energy suppliers, and to respond to the adjustment mechanism via Balance Responsibility.
OPERA integrates all the scales required for electricity buying tariffs pre-billing and coefficient calculations, for the production of supplier pricings, PPAs (Power Purchase Agreement) and Grid Tariffs calculations or optimisation.
Regulatory costs are updated by ALTSIS each time a change is made.
For DSOs:
- Energy community : Collective self-consumption calculation, third-party flow management, producer for the DSO.
- Power Purchase Agreement: flow and cost management according to the chosen remuneration method. Pre-invoicing and DSO flows.
- Street Lighting Alerts: Street lighting fault detection alert
For Producers:
- Energy purchasing tariff : pre-billing for biogas and electricity produced from biogas
- Feed-in tariff : pre-invoicing for electricity generated by cogeneration plants
For suppliers:
- Pricing : Cost and margin management for energy suppliers in the development of an electricity offer.
For DSOs, consultancy firms and suppliers:
- Grid tariffs: calculation or optimisation for all profiles of consumption
For DSOs and suppliers:
- Capacity mechanism: enables the actual cost based on consumption to be calculated, the mandatory DSO publications to be generated, and suppliers and manufacturers to calculate and verify the obligation calculation carried out by TSOs.
Strategies enable the organisation and configuration of successive actions.
- Collections : Collect data at regular intervals from DSO’s portal or other information systems.
- Publications : Automatically send publications to files or email addresses
- Calculations : Schedule aggregations or calculations
